Putting rubber and blade together evenly at the start.
I use two things, a light source pointing at the handle (so your eyes don't get tricked by shadows) and I use my pinky fingers to align the rubber to the handle. I start by lightly pressing the edge of the rubber to the edge of the handle then once I'm sure I start pressing down the rubber. This for me also.
Does anyone have good tipps and tricks for aligning the rubber cleanly at the handle?
For number two, get a precision tweezer - does wonders for removing tiny bits without spoiling the glue job1- removing (bad) old glue from soft sponges
2- dried particles on application sponge stick on second, third layer, messing up whole. (New applicator sponge)
3- boosted rubber tends to peel up from edges
4- any imperfection of cutting
It does not need to be in the middle on the mm, Putting it on crocked is a lot worse. When i first Put on the Rubber and can´t get the middle exactly on the milimeter!
And then i have to pull the rubber up and try it again![]()
You mean drunk, sry @Lazer,just googled crcoked and it said hammered lolIt does not need to be in the middle on the mm, Putting it on crocked is a lot worse.

If you meant that, well I am from Bavaria,it would be a bad Idea not to adjust the rubber hammered with a few Weizen![]()
Use two rectangular sheets of clear plastic. one sheet a strip of 4 centimetres or 1.5 inches (approx) and the second sheet to cover the rest of the blade. This for me also.

Exactly what i do 😁Use two rectangular sheets of clear plastic. one sheet a strip of 4 centimetres or 1.5 inches (approx) and the second sheet to cover the rest of the blade.
Assuming you've put glue on the blade and the rubber.
Cover with one plastic strip a few centimetres of the blade near the handle
Cover the rest of the blade with the other plastic sheet, with some overlay.
Position the rubber on the plastic sheets (which covers the whole blade)
Remove the first plastic strip and press the rubber down.
when done right the rubber is now glued in position how you want it to.. right in the middle and against the handle.
Remove the second plastic sheet and use a roller to roll the rubber evenly down.
repeat on the other side
We drink pretty much the same as anywhere else. Mead that was in the old days about 1000 years ago. I used to brew my own beer. Only ale then, no lager. The one where the yeast works in room temperature ~ 20 celsiusah crooked, now i get it crocked means hammered i googled it cause i didn´t know the word.
Yeah Märzen is one of our best ones,if you get it fresh from the Barrel,it is a blast when the Summer slightly rises,it is perfect for that kind of weather and not the usual Helles.
Weizen is only good if you don´t train TT but just visit the club to play cards, and had nothing to eat, lol. This is one of the best Weizen in our region, won 3rd place 2022
It goes on the Stomach, but there are a lot of local breweries here who make lighter beers instead of "Bockbier" which is lights out after 3 MAß
Is Aquavit Swedens export ,or what do you drink there,i love Mead tbh.
In the town where i Live Regensburg, there are little festivals which emulate Medieval Times, and there mostly mead is served.
My great Grandfather or great great was from Norway.
if you are near Munich or want a good one from our region try this brewery,Giesinger
The Craftbeer Leondrop Tripple is also one of the best triples i ever had,we have a craftbeerfestival once a Year here in Regensburg.
Maybe you can import Giesinger, but i doubt it is cheap.
Can I apply to be your best friend. We drink pretty much the same as anywhere else. Mead that was in the old days about 1000 years ago. I used to brew my own beer. Only ale then, no lager. The one where the yeast works in room temperature ~ 20 celsius
