Which Blade Should I Get?

I am a penhold player and this is my first time getting a blade. Which one should I go get? The Yasaka Ma Lin Extra Offensive or the Yoshida Kaii.[h=1][/h]

Ma Lin Extra Offensive. Hands Down. Used by Ma Lin himself.

You might consider a blade with a softer top layer, such as a Stiga Azalea Allround or Stiga Allround Classic. If you are an intermediate level player, the Azalea Offensive is a great choice. But, it sounds like you have two blades in mind. The Ma Lin blade is pretty good. Go for it.
