Which part of body use is more important when doing forehand topspin?

When performing a forehand topspin, I ultimately want to utilize my body to its full potential, as shown in the video below.
Except for arm swings, use of the lower back, pelvis, and legs is visible.
Trying to do all of this at once makes it more difficult and doesn't seem to work for me.
So, I'm trying to practice them one by one in order of importance, so please give me some advice.


This video should help you. Ti Long talks about focussing on rotating your right toe. When you do this, your hip, your body and everything will follow automaticly.

There is no such thing as "most important body part" and focusing on improvement of a single body part. It's about the combination of muscles/body parts. You can not improve your hip movement if your leg and arm movement is wrong. If you focus on part A while part B and/or C are moving incorrect, you will not learn the correct movement for part A.

How about trying the rule of elimination ;) - "When you have eliminated the impossible,whatever remains however improbable must be the truth."
So try with what you think cannot be used in Forehand topspin.
Use your ears to topspin...
