I think we need to define the word powerful before we vote our favorite players haha

If I want to put a player out, I think Chen Qi has lots of explosiveness to his forehand loops.

I would think wang liqin and ma long forehands for their consistency since they usually grind their opponent out in forehand rallies

All these are powerful in their own right since these are powerful tools for them to gain points

Wang Liqin, Ma Long, Fan Zhendong and Xu Xin(the imposter).

Many people will disagree about Xu Xin, but he's one of the only players that truly put all of his body weight in his forehand, while at the same time hitting with a straight forearm that started behind his back. Same could be said for Ryu Seung Min too.

*edit: Didn't see shake being mentioned, take Xu Xin out😂

The OP asked about shakehand bloopers.

BALL DESTROYER OF HUNGARY. I saw him playing in Moscow 1976., topspin from Hell, indeed.

Istvan Jonyer is generally famous for breaking the ball into halves oftentimes during a rally. Again, he would fall down on his knees after missing the ball by force of huge body inertia of 85 Kg.

Why did Chen Qi never have the same type of success as Fzd or Xu Xin?
His BH sucks bad, and his recovery is also quite poor especially after his FH loopkill.

But these are not problems in Doubles, and I would argue that Chen Qi had a really successful career in doubles, something that FZD or Xu Xin doesn't have.
