While it might be a Boll ALC, since it is listed as a custom ALC shakehand and Butterfly does make custom blades for some players, it is likely something designed for him which has a very similar handle and look to a Boll ALC. Unmarked Boll ALCs do look similar to that, but it could have subtle differerences. He has been trying different equipment throughout this year.

Since the introduction of Zyre -03, top players which are sponsored by Butterfly are experimenting to find the best combination suited for this rubber and their respective game. However, I completely agree with @NextLevel here that it looks like Boll ALC but it would be tailored for Dima's playing requirements. For hobby players, it is just a another amuse to find an excuse to get a new blade.

Harimoto would not agree on this. I feel Z03 matches with limba top better than with koto top

Inner blades adds some bounce, but stiffness is higher than D09c and first gear of zyre is very slow like tacky H3, with inner structure you add some safety with short game which is very important for PROs.

I have a hypothesis:

I had an old veteran who told me this sometime ago. He said, older player benefit more from outerforce blade because as you age your power diminishes and outer compensate for this diminishing power.

Just a hypothesis. Dima is old. He is using a outer this time. He wins the incumbent. Can we reject the null-hypothesis?

the truth is that Dima still use his inner fiber blade but the handle is timo boll st G-FLESS grip. In the past G-Fless Grip only made for timo boll (the year before 2019) and Butterfly paint it color look like the commercial timo boll handle but when you look it carefully you can see the color is brighter and Now top pro use G-Fless handle more for the example yukiya uda , diaz adrina , maharu yoshimura but their handle color are plain blue not special one like timo , i think dima want to try G Fless but the straight handle only available in timo boll handle.
In this picture you can see the color and the thickness same as timo boll glue his blade in the youtube video it consist of two part top part is G Fless and lower is wood , In Dima picture also two part construction and no Jtta on the handle

Too fast at first but then people get used to it. He now uses Zyre on both sides of an outer carbon so...
