Why do some rubbers lose grip with a bit of moisture?

That's why I changed to MX-P on my BH. I've used Omega IV Asia, but moisture made it terrible. At the beginning of the session it played like a dream, then it lost it's grip. sad, because I liked that rubber. Tenergy and the Evolution sorozat still very good even in moisture.
EDIT: Oops, sorozat means series in hungarian. I was a little bit drowsy.

Some rubbers are very susceptible to getting slippery during high humidity conditions. Omega II and Tenergy gotta be the worst, with all the Tensors running for the hills right behind them like their arse is on fire.

999 and many other tacky Chinese topsheets are a lot more resistant.
