plus the trend comes with feedback from its pro and semi pro players and the Korean market is huge in terms of amateur to semi pro.

Xiom is very "active" in its product engineering - especially in blades.
you will be shocked how some brands - does close to zero R&D in its blades and there are a handful of companies that to me fit this group.

Like Cybershapes, popular DHS-blades and a couple of relatively new Butterflies. It's a trend.

The ALX Lite seems fine though. As long as its not light because of abnormally hollow handle.

i thought so, yes ... I mean, they seem to work hard. TMX material and Ice Cream are quite a products which need quite some R&D, I guess ... also rubbers ...
