Yeah, very enjoyable to watch. They played some very strong Korean players.

Amazing how well Gucchi plays without having a backhand attack. Great footwork and FH is very stable, but don't think I've ever seen him play a bh loop in any of his match-play videos.

It's crazy I never noticed that but it was obvious after you pointed it out. It is probably what limits his level and explains why he uses such control oriented rubbers on the backhand.

Yeah, he just uses it to return serves and get the ball in play - so no need for anything fast or hard on BH - and after that his inner Ryu Seung-min takes over :)
