Fate... Harimoto was fated to play Alexis...a TT form of Final Destination. That is clearly the match of tomorrow. I guess we get to see whether the path of Harimoto goes anywhere...

Boll vs Lee 3-0. I think that was the weakest performance from Lee I have seen yet since his god mode in Frankfurt last year. Very hesitant, no confidence and lots of misses. Hayata vs Samara next, could be interesting, followed by Harimoto vs Lebrun.

The home court feeling is strong here. Very strong here. Even though technically Zagreb should have been Gacina's home court. This is only an hour or two drive from there...

Which was not the case vs Togami and Kao Cheng Jui and is often not the case vs Felix either. Harimoto really has a talent for close to the table play, hopefully the balance will be struck between his new style and his gifts.

his forehand has been in a good state recently, I hope this isn't a once in a blue moon thing. The reason Kao, Togami and Felix lose was because their forehand wasn't good enough to finish the point once Alexis start to fall back.

Harimoto is more willing to finish the point with his FH here. As soon/long as his FH comes/stays online, his game becomes very consistent and the loopholes close up.

As I noted at WTT CT Zagreb 2024, he's been playing with a set of rules and trying out various tactics.
