Xu shao fa himself came to Robert's club in Flushing.

He gave out some prototype large balls.
and I hate them.

Here's the ball in comparison to the normal poly Xushaofa ball.

I hope ITTF doesn't make balls bigger.

Isn't there sub-table tennis sport where they used large 44+ balls. They even have specialized rubbers for it, like made by major brands such as Victas and Yasaka.

Heavier ball. Harder to spin on the serve. had to hit harder for the same amount of spin

I hope ITTF won't change anymore rules. They're changing rules too many, too fast. It's hard to cope up.

He was mostly giving the big balls for older people to play. Sadly, a lot of the stuff he said were in mandarin that I didn't understand.
i don't think he's proposing this. But he commented on how ITTF just wants more money, via equipment and balls

Well he wasn't completely wrong about ITTF.

Kind'a think of it, maybe those large balls can be practice ball alternatives. Where can we buy them?

There are places where the larger balls, 44mm if I remember correctly, are used for recreational play for older people. I have played with a 44mm ball a few times. It was different but kind of fun. It makes rallying entertaining. More like tennis. Nobody is thinking of 44mm for the pros or the game.
