Here is a video of me having a best of 3 match with my team mate. I cannot remember if I've posted this before (I know I uploaded a training video).

This was not a full on match, neither of us were at 100% more like maybe 70% as we were coming to the end of a hard working session.

This was more just to show my style in a match environment. The shots I employ however in a league or competition I'd really be going for my shots a lot more!

My opponent is 59 year old, 4ft 11, Ruth.

Apparently this video is old, but I'm still going to say it:

A tighter follow through would benefit you a lot. You have power and you can land shots, but I think you will hit a wall eventually, if you haven't already.

Some day, someone's gonna return those big shots into your groin and you'll be sitting there dumbfounded.
