Good choices! It looks like we have a lot of overlap. I haven't tried the Clipper yet but I've heard good things. But right now it seems pretty hard to beat the Rosewood

Also idk if you've tried the Dynasty Carbon, but if you're a fan of all-wood blades you'll probably like it. It feels like wood, but it gives some extra kick when you hit the ball hard.

What's Nittaku Septear like? Is it anything like 1-ply hinoki?

1. Donic Persson Powerplay. The good old heavy (100g) ones I've played in the 38mm era and still have.
2. Yasaka Ma Lin Extra Offensive. Best all-wood blade I've played after returning to TT
3. to 5. some outer carbon blades not made by Butterfly

Yeah, the Rosewood is exceptional for close to the table looping, especially with hard Chinese rubbers.

Unfortunately (or fortunately - from my wallet's POV), it's almost never available here, and trying to import it pushes the cost almost up to that of a W968...

I've never tried 1-ply hinoki...
The Septear is quite a fast blade with the unique hinoki feeling and catapult effect (that you'll either love or won't). I find I play my best when using this blade, but your mileage may vary as it's quite a thick (`6.7mm) and stiff blade.
