T5000 has more metallic carbon feeling, arc is more direct, SALC has better arc and softer feeling but I think it is bouncier than T5000. ZJKT5000 on average are much heavier than FZDSALC from what I've seen. I think the T5000 plays more straightforward and honest where SALC can produce a higher quality topspin

No Butterfly alternatives I know of. I heard the Zhou Qihao Hyper ARY-c 90 from Joola is similar, but that's about it.

Oh don't listen to that guy, Vis and FZD Super ALC are different, just as ALC blades, Vis is stiffer, has lower bounce, and probably even a bit lower arc and lower spin, I played with both and I would choose FZD Super ALC for sure, depends also what do you play, this is more for a stability game with lower spin from you and to you from oponents, more smashing topspin rather than chinese topspin strokes
