It does nothing to the game, but helps me massage and relieve the pain on my right upper arm :D

@Jaffar, @Carl, @yoass

thanks for the feedback from what could be seen in that set. It helps me to improve as always.

Keep doing your thing and work for social justice through keyboard. I just can laugh at your foolishness
Hi,
I think if you are asking for other people's reviews, you should be open to their criticism as well.
Best.

Is no one going to comment on the doubles guy on the second table eating a banana???

[EMOJI23]
Ahahahahaaa

Man Siva, your forehand really has been improving.
But the others are right, try challenging yourself a bit more by playing better opponents. You improve most by facing players better than yourself when you have to go to your limits.

But looking back at your old vids your fh really has improved.

And one more thing, no need to act like this when receiving negative critique.

But maybe keep in mind, only exposed weaknesses make it possible to work on them.

Hi, getting back to game after a while, trying to move and work on some aspects of the game. Here is the final set of a friendly match. Other sets don't have that much play as most of points finished in the serve. I tried to show some aspects of my game in this set, so that I could learn from the community. I have worked on lot of aspects related to forehand and backhand, I hope some of them transferred to real life.

My forehand is very slow here because of a inflammation in my upper arm from freestyle combat, so I moved like zombie in most FH attacks. Feedbacks related to improvement are appreciated.

Your serves seem very spinny and deceptive but they are a bit high over the net. Maybe sacrifice some spin so that they go lower?

Hi, this is the last week's training video, Okay first of all most of the people I play against are really below my level but I am just playing in this place once a week for fun, exercise, self-improvement and also mainly to help others. Playing in a club currently is not currently in my plan because simultaneously I do a lot of other things and have to improve in those as well. So the point is to train on those things and to improve on as many aspects as possible with limited resources.

I am playing at this level without any formal training but only through the help of YT, love for TT, TTD and some nice websites which transmit knowledge for the love of sharing and caring. I would like to know where you think I can improve with this short training video. I understand that my videos are very limited and also I adapt my playing strength against opponent's strengths subconsciously. This video was vigorously edited because most of what we played ended within one or two rallies. And finally for the love of Madonna's song, there is a small belly dance at the end for viewers entertainment :D

Just comparing where my technique has come a long way when I started posting before an year

At 1:49 I am doing the forehand multiball drill

:D

The forehand drill starts around 0:48, I am using a very cheap 729 Super FX rubbers, so my loop is not that spinny.
At 1:51 and 1:57, my loops were not good enough to get the ball onto the other side of the net. This happened many times on that day and also for most of the other times, is it because of bad technique?

Siva,

You have good feel for the ball, judging from your videos. Few things that i picked up which could help you improve include bending down more, so that you can get to the top of the bounce much better, that also helps generate more spin. Secondly i notice in the multiball video that you tend to use your wrists the moment the ball gets too close to your belly. You need to step further to your left and let your arms swing through the ball. The moment your wrists start skewing up, is where the drive gets more 'side spin' than 'top spin'.
I think if you use a bit of the 'shadow drills' your footwork can improve quite a bit. Keep working on your game you can do better.

Thanks for the feedback. I actually tried getting low today but when I saw the recording I was still doing the same old shit. K it takes time. The mulitball training was way back before I started working on my forehand . As Carl said many times before, I got my shoulder some times injured because of bad technique, neverthless i find it very stimulating to work on the technical aspects in a step by step manner slowly over a period of time.

I will try to focuse more on footwork and getting low.
