Hi, this is the last week's training video, Okay first of all most of the people I play against are really below my level but I am just playing in this place once a week for fun, exercise, self-improvement and also mainly to help others. Playing in a club currently is not currently in my plan because simultaneously I do a lot of other things and have to improve in those as well. So the point is to train on those things and to improve on as many aspects as possible with limited resources.
I am playing at this level without any formal training but only through the help of YT, love for TT, TTD and some nice websites which transmit knowledge for the love of sharing and caring. I would like to know where you think I can improve with this short training video. I understand that my videos are very limited and also I adapt my playing strength against opponent's strengths subconsciously. This video was vigorously edited because most of what we played ended within one or two rallies. And finally for the love of Madonna's song, there is a small belly dance at the end for viewers entertainment
The forehand drill starts around 0:48, I am using a very cheap 729 Super FX rubbers, so my loop is not that spinny.
At 1:51 and 1:57, my loops were not good enough to get the ball onto the other side of the net. This happened many times on that day and also for most of the other times, is it because of bad technique?
Just comparing where my technique has come a long way when I started posting before an year
At 1:49 I am doing the forehand multiball drill
