It's just a slight bending/unbending at the knees a few times prior to contact with the ball by the server. I usually do it about 3-4 times. No need to move the feet. I even do this during warm-up (when server serves the ball to me)How do they do it? I have seen but forgotten.
Their knees are bent initially then as the server tosses the ball, they bounce once with their knees back to bent position and ready to move?
