I read that in the comments while i was watching the game, nice to see players playing with DHS Long model blade, as in my area or in the region not many are into DHS blades really, like 1 every 100 only, and most of the time they try it an then give up and go back to Butterfly or use another brands such as Stiga or Nittaku more, kind of no much trust to Chinese blades and rubbers, even balls.

Yep I've been in a hall with Ma Long and Xu Xin, the ball hitting sound is super loud. It's also a lot faster than what it seems on video.

Worse, he pretty much plays the classic Ma Long style - serve/short game, aggressive FH pivoting, big FH loop. Ma Long almost never loses to this style because he knows all of its weaknesses.
Yes, everyone hates the camera angle but they don't change it. I suspect it's so that they can sell the actual good footage (from better angles) as collectors items to high net worth individuals (conspiracy theory from my part).
The Dima vs Harimoto match was the closest that one could find to that lol.
