I was just wondering this haha. So it looks like it's the WTT Finals of 2023, however its going to take place early January 2024.

It is based on WTT 2023 points, and is the (grand) finals for 2023.
Obviously scheduling issue that is why it in 2024 (and this time covid is not involved)
