Has anyone experienced a significant weight difference between, what is shown on the label of the box of a DHS W968 and the real measurements?

I received one and Box is showing 87,0 but my scale tells me 91g. The blade looks fine, but I‘m suspecting a fake blade.

Yes - strangely my Q and S 968 are both 94 vs 91 on the box - both checked as original blade via DHS. Never experienced this before on DHS blades.

Do you think, the wrap is 4g?

Not sure how Anti-Fake test works. Where would I find the serial number? Under the sticker?
Currently Iˋm able to return it, for a full refund. I‘m sure the seller (e-bay) has no clue, what he was selling, so he might be scammed himself.
There is a circular sticker on the film that you scratch off - under that is a 16 (I think) digit code you enter into DHS site. I wouldn’t assume it’s a fake - mine both checked as real/verified and both are 3g heavier than the box.

In my case both weight on the box and for the blade matched each other

This is my experience too. What is on the Box/Card is the real weight of the blade. But given the experience from Wrighty67 you can not be sure anymore (which would be a shame for DHS).

Short Update: I removed the Sticker and got a 22 digit code, which I successfully valided at the DHS site. So the Blade seems genuine. It was a real bargain. Only paid 190,- EUR.

That’s good to hear. I reached out to the seller (ProTT) and he told me it’s not uncommon with DHS blades apparently

Just circling back with a further update as I have now played both the Q and the S for several weeks, and have been using both throughout my training sessions, and changing between in order to evaluate - also had several other players I trust trying them.

Headlines are that the Q is much closer to the W968 in feel - it is slower, more controlled and also softer feeling to me. It also feels slightly better balanced in my case, despite being the same weight as the S. The S feels sharper and crisper, which is a slight upside on the BH but not on the FH (for me at least) I have read a few reviewers say that the S plays more like an outer blade, and I would agree with this statement (albeit a softer outer blade)

I have stayed mostly with H3 39 on FH but have also used T05 and D05. All play well on these blades so just a matter of preference. I have changed rubbers on the BH side a few times on both - I am enjoying Goldarc 9 37d on the Q968 and have been pleasantly surprised at how it seems to suit my game and offer a good balance of speed and control (less bouncy than 05fx and 64) and on the S968 I have tried T64 (good) and Bluestar A1 (Nice but just too hard even with a layer of booster for me) Currently it has Z2 on the BH which is a rubber I have used a lot.

So right now, I am seeking the right combination to make the S968 sing, but in the meantime I find myself leaning more towards using the Q as my main blade - it just feels like it suits my game better right now.

Yesterday had a chance to play some new stuffs, but was too many :D

Ok, Q968 + Hammond Z2 + J&H C55, first impression, I like it. It's completely different to my previous H3 Neo. Not sure but something had to be wrong with my H3 neo, it was terrible experience. With C55 it was totally different. Maybe it wasn't my story comparing to setup I have playing for a long time (TB ZLF + Tenergies) but I was able to play. It was more demanding, it requires more effort to make the ball fly but this is just matter of adjustment. Quite low arc, a lot of spin, good pace but as mentioned, the more you put in, the more you get. With Tenergies are much more easy. Rubbers do the job for you :D (I'm a bit lazy :p :) )
Bh + Z2 is good but not ideally. Block need to be active and more force have to be put in the "stroke". Many times my balls hit the net (because I was used to play tenergies). Drive and BH loop was ok in terms of innerstructure blade (more force required).
I have a small hands, and what is outstanding for me in Q968 is a handle. It is really comfortable. I think so far is the best handle I used. But due to larger head of the blade and small handle (my TB ZLF is 150x157 and tenergies are light) the racket is head heavy and is in general heavy ~197g!!!!. My forearm after yesterday session suffers today due to strong BH loops (this stroke is my primary weapon and advantage in the match play).
Today I have another session but will see how it will be with my forearms. If I'll feel that it hurts, I will play more passive not to get injured.

At this same time, I had Stiga Inspira Plus (Viscaria Structure = outer carbon) + my first attempt of playing Dignics05.... it's much more closer to what I'm using now. Bouncy, springy, monster... easy to block, active block was devastating, I can place very fast ball from BH to FH into corners what was deadly to my opponent during the match when he attacked he couldn't get to those balls. But the full session was more focused on the Q968, so not much more experience from D05, taking into account that on FH, I have 2nd H3 Neo which plays totally different vs this one which I had on Q968.

I need to think whether to stay with oldschool setup I'm playing now (I mean TB ZLF + Tenergies) which I really like, play well, or think of a transition to new rubbers and a blade towards modern tennis
So far I will not change anything and tests are still in progress.... but what I'm afraid of is I really started to like Dignics :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Check this out!
Both are H3N Prov 40deg BS. The only difference is that one is 2.15 vs 2.1mm, this is just only 0.05m difference.
This is one the left is recently (2 weeks ago) boostered and taken off from Q968, this one the right was boostered 2-3 months ago, taken off today from Stiga Inspira Plus.
Taken into account that this thicker, more fresh (recently boostered) is more reversed doomed than thinner.
That’s why I mentioned that there was something weird when i checked it and had terrible experience.
So small difference in thickness and how different can be feel!!!
OMG!!! This thinner one I was playing yesterday with Stiga and was quite good and was wondering wtf is different with other one.
Yeah and this the answer. Maybe I will give a try h3 n once again but for sure will take 39* or 40* and no more than 2.1mm
😀

@Wrighty67 correct me if I’m wrong, both your Nat S/Q968 are 94 grams, right?
I’m thinking of getting Prov Q968 for training/testing rubbers purpose and keeping Nat version only for matches with rubbers for this season. But there is a problem of finding one below 90 grams as my national (89 g)
Yes, both say 91g but both are 94g so total weight now 188/190g with fairly light rubbers

I received my 2nd q968 but this time provincial version which should be better quality than commercial one
Check the pics :eek::poop:
I still don’t believe it left Quality Control in DHS factory
So how commercial looks like

This is after you removed rubbers or it came like this?

Yikes 😱
I was planning to get a Wang Chuqin blade as an alternative to my viscaria, now I’m just gonna get commercial if provincial looks like that. Cheaper for same quality 😂
