This is after you removed rubbers or it came like this?

new one, right from the box after picking up from the post office. This was also curious, as it wasn't in the foil like my previous national version. The way of packing the national version differs from Prov/Commercial.
My National, has sticker with details on the box, and box was sealed by sticker, you can't check inside w/o damaging the sticker
Prov version is w/o foil, box is not sealed, and has leaflet inside the box with details, (sn, weight, measurements,)
but $250 for something like this is like slap in the face
For a while I was thinking that it is a joke but no it was not a joke.....

That would for sure be a big complaint and sending it back. Someone probably did manage to get the seal off, or just applied a new seal sticker

That definitely looks like an used blade. If you don't seal the 968 blades that's how it looks like after some rubber changes.

But it is really clean, handle, wings, in used blade it’s noticeable. So if someone cleaned it, the definitely should also sanded it to remove all evidences

Looks very much like rubbers have been stuck and removed (badly) - did the blade have plastic wrap with validation code attached?

No, it hadn’t. All version should be in plastic wrap and has validation code?

My provincial 968 I owned had plastic wrap and code for validation so I’m pretty sure you should have that - if you don’t then my bet is that’s a used blade. Where did you buy it?

I wrote to Prott on whatsup, do you think that I can raise this issue to PayPal, not sure if they can help if prott refuse to refund?

Yes, I’ve already done it. It night in China will wait till tomorrow. I checked his site and you are right it should be in plastic wrap and should have validation code.

Luckily I received new h3neos, it is good that he didn’t send me the one removed from used blade 🤣

I’m really curious of his behavior. At this moment it is my last order in Prott

yea, without wrap is a huge nogo. The sealing sticker seemed to be removed without residue too.
While you wait you should check if the weight and the handle number is correct too.
In case someone switched the blades.

My 1st order in Prott - Stiga Inspira Plus - no objections.
2nd order - Q968 National - as above - no objections.
3rd order (the latest) - Q968 Prov + 3x H3Neo BS Prov - rubbers ok, blade as above on the screens.

Small update, he was terrible sorry for the situation and he will send me another one and wanting to send mine back as he mentioned that it came from DHS in a such condition (hmmm.... interesting) he will return it to the supplier.

Returning back will cost me around 12-15$ (the cheapest registered letter using local post from Poland to China for the weight up to 500g), exact price will be known during posting, when the package will be measured, weight, etc... We agreed that I will check his shop and find something within this price to include to the new blade.

At this moment I'm waiting for providing return address, as this from which it came is not proper one.

That's good to hear - he is a decent guy in my experience. I suspect that some of his blades are not held by him and so he arranges the supplier to send directly (which explains why most of the time it takes a week to ship)

I have a national team blade on the way from him right now - the first time I have taken a chance on a non standard blade (in this case made for FZD with Stiga handle) so I am keen to know how this arrives and what it is like..

Interesting.... yeah during the delivery I was discussing with him about Golden Viscaria... (this blade has also been on my mind for some time), but taking into account the recent experience and that Golden Vis is a $700+ blade, I took my desires on hold... I'm dying to see how the current situation will be finished.
