Hi guys, this is a very valuable petition being pledged before the White House in the United States to include Table Tennis as part of the sporting curriculum in US schools. This is a development breakthrough for the US Table Tennis scene if they can get the support. I strongly encourage each and every one of you to sign the petition and also share this with friends, the deadline is so incredibly close and TO MY GREAT SURPRISE the petition has not had much success at all!

Lol erm, I'm from New Zealand and my previous employment was as a regional development officer with a $20,000 contract to coach in schools. I got offered another contract in a different region this year but I had to turn it down. So in NZ there is a lot of focus on table tennis in schools they just need more equipment in the schools with lower area ratings and lower funding :)

Many Australian schools have Table Tennis teams, mine included. Often part of the complusory sporting programs in schools. Some schools create miniature league-type competitions, where teams play each other once a week, during the designated times for complusory sport. Sometimes the kids want to go further that playing in school, and attend local clubs which in the end is great for the table tennis community of Australia
