Just watched Dima vs Junsung. The arc on the toss from Dima when he is doing his FH chop-service looks way beyond 30 degrees, but it's not being called out by the ref. On the other hand, Bernie's toss at 30.25 degrees is a faul :S

But maybe I don't fully understand this rule and hopefully someone can clarify.

His ball toss is so high that the angle gets smaller making it legal. Same with Hugo. The simple fix is to add a rule that allows the ball to only travel x cm horizontally.

Personally I feel this rule with possibility for TTR challenge, is ruining the game. It takes pretty long time to get the video footage and players/game looses the momentum.
