Yup, it was known back in 2025, if you consider that a heads-up, which has been in the works at least since 2021 and the "perpetrator" was seen here in the stands.

if after the testing both blade and rubbers prove to be legal, when is the refitting of the rubbers happening , and is it done under supervision of the scrutineers ?
