Keep searching, you might find one.
Thing is, boosted H3 is my unicorn. But between the need to reboost or switch out to a fresh sheet, and the qc inconsistency even with national grade rubbers, end of the day for me its fine to stay on hybrids

That's what I'm planning on doing tbh. H3 is amazing, but QC over the years of me using them has gotten worse and the weight makes a huge difference for penhold so I'm thinking of parting ways with H3 😔 Was thinking of using Dignics 09c in a few months, but I've seen that their QC has gotten worse since Zyre-03 came out 😬

For me, TG2 BS was a little spinnier (haven't really tried TG3 enough to know if it was spinnier than H3 or TG2), but it felt very booster dependent where if you didn't boost it a certain way, it played dead, but I just ordered a TDE again because I've been the H3s QC been inconsistent, especially the weight has gone up drastically. I've only gotten 1 TDE that was very heavy, and the rest for pretty reasonable so I'm coming for the weight cut to be around 50g, if lucky 😎
I played with commercial TG2 10 years ago. It was too sticky and inconsistent. I never played again. If the stickiness is lower, I will consider the provincial version.

TG3 BS has the same or a little bit more stickiness than H3 BS. The topseet is thicker, weight more, speed and throw are lower. But the spin is supreme. I use just one layer of Falco Platinum, to bring a drop of life into the hard sponge. This booster is weak, but dont evaporate and the effect is pernament. For H3 BS I use two layers.

Thanks for the suggestion. What is the exact full name of this rubber and its manufacturer? Is it Yuanjian ZhanTian, made by Yuanjian, LGY’s company?

For a DHS W968 National, which exact rubber, hardness and thickness would you recommend for:

  • FH: A hard and tacky rubber that plays as close as possible to a boosted DHS Hurricane 3 Neo National Blue Sponge, but without requiring any boosting.
  • BH: A less tacky or completely non-tacky, more tensor-like rubber that is easier to activate and works especially well with the W968.

Price is not an issue for me. My only priority is finding the best possible rubber combination that matches these requirements. Please give me your exact recommended model, hardness and thickness for each side.
YuanJian ZhanTian (远剑斩天) and it is avaliable on Aliexpress for a significant markup or any Chinese exclusive website like Taobao, PDD etc. Best option if you don't have access to these is to get a forwarder like Superbuy. A Hong Kong player Yiu Kwan To uses W968 National 55º 2.3mm on BH (2.3 only option for 55º) and from what i've heard it does feel quite hard and not really overly boosted, but spec wise it can get/exceed the same specs of H3 boosted, but they say it doesn't need boosting. It is priced at 350 yuan. The other option is 57.5 2.1mm FH, but it will need boosting. Backhand wise I recommend Dignics 05 to meet those requirements.
