  1. Chinese Blade for BD 39 + Yinhe Moon 12

I don't think you have to go Chinese with the blade. I was using the DHS 301X with Hurricane. I figured out, that it was too fast for my level. Too many "easy" faults on floating balls. Finally, a colleague gave a Tibhar Illusion Killer to me - and it was perfect. I got so much more control. And...
  2. DHS fans unite!

I got astonished after following the links. For me, it was a fact, that H3 prov is available with 2.1 mm only ... 2.15 was commercial. Hm. 🤔
  3. Loki Arthur China alternatives?

My feeling with LAC was same, when I tested it on my FH! (plan was to use on my BH). It was fun - I made any kind of shot against backspin or topspin from my colleagues. It seemed no ball was unshotable ... But when I started with controlled loops against block, I wasn't able to feel the ball...
  4. [Help] Need to find 729 Rubber For Backhand

I came here after searching for "Arthur China Boosting" I'm with the second layer on H3 BS 2.1/40 and Loki Arthur Asia Max. H3 is going well, Arthur is with almost no curling!? What's going on here. Arthur is less dense, for sure.
  5. Yasaka Inner Carbon Blades

Maybe you like to get in contact with the producer of Yasaka blades? I found the address inside the selling box, and they replied very friendly. From Sweden. Olle Glad Wood House AB 0140-56400 | [email protected] https://www.shott.se/
  6. Downgrade blade back to all-wood?

Hi, I’m getting in a bit late. I clearly understand your experience. My way, avoiding bouncy rubbers ended with H3 Prov. as my FH rubber. After slowing down my blade (DHS 301X > TSP Balsa (1. Ed) > Tibhar Illusion Killer (7 ply all wood)) my new favorite is Tibhar Hybrid MK. Best feeling on my...
  7. Loki Arthur China Topsheet problem

May I put a question on top, as here are the Loki experts/user? How many thickness variations does Loki offer @ Arthur Asia? My seller offered a 2.1 to me. Now the package shows MAX!? TIA
  8. Tibhar hybrid MK and Tibhar FX-D

Maybe the "not grabbing" is related to the balsa wood? I played with the 6.5 (1 edition). It made me smashing too much. I downgraded to the Tibhar Illusion Killer. Now my topspin is more reliable. Even very strong shots have a lot of spin. I just put a Tibhar MK to my backhand. Feels very good.
  9. What can be a good BH rubber pairing with H3 NEO FH?

I just put a Tibhar Hybrid MK to my backhand. I was using H3/37 on faster blades. Now with a slower blade (Tibhar Illusion Killer (OFF)), I first used my Jekyll & Hyde V47.5 and now bought a 2nd hand Hybrid MK. It hasn't much tensor, but is more "helping" playing relaxed than a H3. Very good is...
  10. New all-wood blade recommendations wanted

I recommend the Tibhar Illusion Killer. Wonderful, medium stiff, 7-ply OFF wood. It has fantastic control and the balsa core speeds up on stronger strokes. Even it's not new and no longer listed at Tibhar, several shops are still selling.
  11. Everything about WCQ

I noticed very pleasantly that WCQ has started to act much more personally with his opponents after a match (non-Chinese players). An open smile and a hint of a left hand laid on. This is not something you see with other Chinese players. Maybe some people don't like this behavior?
  12. Downgrade blade back to all-wood?

I restarted 2,5 years ago after more than 30 years, first using my old Primorac. I made several tries and upgrades, but finally downgraded my blade from DHS 301X to Tibhar Illusion Killer. This special concept with a thin Balsa core gives me much more control in the short and medium play. With...
  13. Xiom Vega Korea Review

You are asking about the Korea, no?
  14. Xiom Vega Korea Review

Hmm - I'm not that high level player. When there are bad strokes, it's probably me. I agree in a "different" feeling of this rubber. But not bouncy. I would say, it's halfway between my DHS 37 (boosted) and let's say Vega Rubbers. I bought a 2nd hand T Hybrid MK last week and hope it arrives...
  15. Can i use 2.2mm thickness in backhand rubber?

I would say, 2.2 is too much for a beginner. With your strokes, a 2.0 wouldn’t „bottom out“ but give more control and feeling.
  16. Xiom Vega Korea Review

Have you ever tested Jekyll & Hyde? Korea was 45°, no? J&H is 47,5 and always comes with 2.1 mm (or max).
  17. ITTF World Team Table Tennis Championships Finals Busan 2024

Just watching DE NUTTE vs HAYATA. Both playing H3 BS now, right?
  18. Any advices for my forehand.

From the Chinese perspective, you stretch too much the arm with your forswing and move your upper arm too much with/after contact. Your elbow is rising up - thats taking a lot of energy you want to put to the ball. m2c
  19. BH recommendation

I'm in the need of recommendations. (I entered with this post in another thread - didn't work) I changed my blade from TSP Balsa 6.5 to Tibhar Illusion Killer. Keeping my beloved H3 on FH, I started the new blade with my old J&H (with a damaged sponge) on BH. I will give my H3/37 a try, but I...
  20. Rubber recomnendation (and advice)

If you feel ok with G1, go for it. When I re-started 2,5 years ago, even the Vega series was too much on my old Primorac. It wasn’t the tempo, it was the bouncing I couldn’t handle. For me, Xiom Omega was better. And later I moved to the Chinese Rubber (boosted of course).
