I switched back and forth between the Golden Vis and Jinshi KLC pro for 3 hours yesterday and they surprisingly feel so close to me despite all the differences in compositions. Both blades have really good feedback, soft feeling, and it's very easy to hit through these blades. I didn't have to...
There is a special Viscaria version with a red stamp on it, limited series number, and normal Viscaria lens. Too rare and expensive for me to even think about getting one, lol
I can't compare it to the Moon 12 cuz it was too long ago and the Moon 12 is just too unremarkable to me. I don't need extremely speedy rubber as I can generate enough power myself. I much prefer something more balanced between speed and spin. You can't beat high level players with speed alone.
I tried both Moon 12 and AK47 a while ago and they're not special in any way. I don't know why you would want something similar to those. The Gear Hyper feels different than both of them, simply because it grips the ball a lot better. It's very spinny for a non tacky rubber, a tad slow, and...
The topsheet says Gear Hyper with the exact same LARC number. Also, "Nano" or "Nano Penetration", whatever they mean, are Sanwei's buzzwords for Gear Hyper rubbers, there is no Nano Gears rubber.
The Gear Hyper doesn't improve much with booster, unfortunately.
The Rxton 3 blue with booster is a tad too soft for my BH, actually. I'm more BH oriented so I can do all sort of full swing loops and counter loops with my BH, so I much prefer hard rubber on that side as well. My style is like...
I got it for relatively cheap due to the fact it weights 95.5g. Here in Vietnam, the 88-90g Golden Viscaria are way more expensive than the heavier ones, which works in my favors. All my blades are 92g+, and with rubbers thay are around 195-205g. I used to practice my BH loops & flicks with my...
You can get them for like $7.5 including shipping on Aliexpress, so it's not super expensive. In fact, all of the rubbers in the pictures are less than $11. I played with the commercial version of Gear Hyper before, not bad for its price, but nothing so special to write about except the...
It's an old tag viscaria on appearance, probably discolored from heavy use or from lightning. Everything matches. Just Google for a Viscaria around 2006-2012 and you'll see.
While the price of Golden Vis is certainly not cheap in Vietnam, I can get a brand new one for around $650 here. There are many importers that can get that blade from China directly and take smaller profits compared to the brick and mortar shops here. I imagine that would be the same across...
