I wasn't at this event, so not sure. But the court size would generally be the same. Yes, they could be bigger sometimes. Every tournament, some players do hit the barriers. But the really huge arenas are not available at reasonable cost. The players generally don't have an issue with the court...

The court sizes for the nationals would have met the standards for such an event. In practice, the barriers do get moved around during and after matches. But, the umpires would correct infractions, especially for the 'finals' matches.
