I've never sealed any of my blades and never splintered top ply when using DHS #15. Revolution #3 as good as well. Can't say the same about other glues though, because some of them are really sticky..

It's definitely Butterfly Viscaria. Also, FH rubber looks like DHS Hurricane 3 blue sponge and BH is something with black sponge, so probably some Xiom rubber.

In the video I play with Yinhe Pro 01 (Viscaria clone, ALC outer), Hurricane 3 boosted on the FH and H8-80 37 degrees on the BH. Currently, I play with DHS Bo2 and same rubbers. I like Limba + inner ALC blades more than Koto + outer ALC...it just feels safer to do the fullswing FH loop kill...

I think with PG-5 you're buying a pig in a poke, but with Bo2 the QC should be much better and predictable. Also, that's true that with Bo2 and HL5 one has to train often to not lose the feeling, same as with Viscaria type blades. If you want better control, then PG7 or other 7 ply structured...

ZLC is a bit pricey and at this point if I play well with $30 blade why would I bother getting such an expensive piece of equipment when I can spend the same amount on training/coaching? hell, these days it's even better to get more 3*** balls cause they're not getting cheaper.

This. Played a couple of months with Vega Asia. It is a good BH rubber and it's not tacky. Can compare directly to H8-80 - it's completely different and doesn't suit my personal preference. I like to play with tacky rubber on BH, it just grips the ball better than regular ESN rubber after 2-3...

this one will take awhile since I'm recovering after surgery, unfortunately. I will happily apply the same rubbers on both and compare.
