  1. Bloom Power:Still Available?

Good idea. Does Mocker ship globally? PrinceTT has it too, they definitely ship globally
  2. DHS Hurricane 3 HARD on Yasaka Extra Sweden

I think its fairly well established that H3 without booster has a fairly dead feeling because it doesn't rebound much off the rubber. It requires a lot of racket head speed to reach its top speed. If you're goal is to develop proper techniques, then I really think your H3 and Vega setup is...
  3. Kou Lei vs Ma Jinbao US Open 2022

Who is better between Kou Lei and Kanak Jha? Why does it seem like all the USATT top players like MJB and Kou Lei are in a tiny region of the bay area?
  4. Kou Lei vs Ma Jinbao US Open 2022

What's Ma Jinbao's background? Did he also train with pro teams in China like Kou Lei?
  5. DHS Hurricane 3 HARD on Yasaka Extra Sweden

I've never used that glue before, but I'm sure it's fine. It's just glue, so anything works. I always just do 1 layer of glue on blade and rubber, never have any problems.
  6. DHS Hurricane 3 HARD on Yasaka Extra Sweden

If you want slow and spinny, then yes Hurricane 3 hard will be the best option. But it really is very slow, so you should be prepared. For booster, Seamoon is generally the most common booster for amateur players. There are more professional boosters as well, but not necessary.
  7. DHS Hurricane 3 HARD on Yasaka Extra Sweden

I'm not sure what hard means, but maybe 41d. In my opinion, H3 on Sweden Extra will be a quite slow setup, so if you are fine with that, its good. If you want some speed, then you will need to boost for sure. If you want even more speed, you need a completely different rubber like Jupiter 3 or K3
  8. Loki Rubbers

How hard is the sponge? To me a serious FH rubber sponge should be 39-41d. I remember the Rxton 1 was a more casual sponge, maybe 36 or 37.
  9. Bloom Power:Still Available?

Do you mean that you disagree with my assessment that Bloom is bouncier than B2? Is your opinion that B2 is bouncier/more elastic?
  10. Pro versions of rubber vs commercial versions

haha. Couldn't DHS charge 10% more for the commercial H3 to have a bare minimum QC guy to make sure the hardness is mostly accurate?
  11. Bloom Power:Still Available?

More potential in terms of what? To me, Bloom Power just seems like a boosted version of Battle 2. It is bouncier and faster, but otherwise looks and feels quite similar.
  12. San Francisco looking for training partner.

How is Kou Lei's level against these guys? I find Zhu Yi's game quite attractive. Seems like he has really good hand feeling and control on the ball.
  13. Advice for a new equipment

This actually seems like a very fine setup already. I think you can just stick with this. If you feel you need more speed, you can get a bouncier rubber later.
  14. Ayano vs Tawny Banh

Tawny was 2500 in 2018? That's pretty high. I had the impression that Lily Zhang and this era far surpassed the 2000 era, but even Lily is only 2600 isn't she? So Tawny's peak was probably much earlier than 2018, so are they actually on par with each other?
  15. Bloom Power:Still Available?

Mocker do you know why 729 produces both Battle series and Bloom series? They seem largely to overlap. What's the purpose of having both?
  16. Donic Blue Storm Series

This doesn't make sense to me. According to BTY, Tenergy 64 is the fastest because it has taller pimples and 05 has lowest. So applying the logic to Bluestorm would suggest Z2 is faster than Z1. But Donic's own ratings have Z1 as faster and Z2 as more controlled.
  17. Donic Blue Storm Series

How does long or wide pimple affect the speed or spin of the rubber? Also is there anyway to adjust for the shrinking of the rubber? Like Can you just glue the rubber uncut to a blade for a few days then reglue and cut?
  18. Donic Blue Storm Series

So what's the effect on play? Doesn't bigger pores mean faster/more catapult?
  19. Donic Blue Storm Series

Z1 is 47.5 Z3 is 42.5 I'm not sure what Z2 is, but somewhere between them.
  20. Donic Blue Storm Series

I think Z1 is hardest and Z3 is softest. You should be able to do blocks and flicks with any of them. But I guess if you are still learning, Z3 might be easiest to do it.
