Nice to hear from your experience on the FH! :) I agree is a good rubber, and Im also curious about the HYQ and the new plasma, will test a bit later also! And yeah, I think the 45/48 reward good strokes and timing, had similar experiences as well
  2. Andro NUZN 45 Review: A Controlled Hybrid Tensor for the Backhand

Yes same experience, Im not a tensor guy, but Im really enjoying the nuzn 48, fantastic rubber, so it must be good ;) Lets see how long it lasts, for me in a month (lets say 45h or so) is still holding perfectly fine, will send an update soonish!
  3. Andro NUZN 45 Review: A Controlled Hybrid Tensor for the Backhand

Yeah this is the same worry that many others have, myself included, so Im gonna keep on playing with the 48 until it dies on my test blade, lets see how long it last, I will keep you all posted! :) The H3N never wears off haha I have vega china, big dipper V, C48, B2 and a couple others but the...
  4. Andro NUZN 45 Review: A Controlled Hybrid Tensor for the Backhand

Yeah I will try it this year in depth for sure! About the soft tensors, I dont have as much in-depth experience on that department yet no, R45 I used to have, but I didn't like the catapult feeling, same with Vega Europe/Pro/X and similar others like Acudas, Rozenas, etc. They are good and have...
  5. Andro NUZN 45 Review: A Controlled Hybrid Tensor for the Backhand

Hello good TTD people, A while ago I had some strong EJ impulse and bought a lot of stuff, you can see my madness here haha Anyways, out of that community poll, the NUZN 45 and 48 came on top of the priorities list that was crowdsourced, and so today I have a fresh rubber review for you guys...

  7. Is there such a big difference between all of the versions of DHS Hurricane 3?

Im gonna make a bad joke here: For the commercial, it has bad quality because they had to cut corners. OK THAT WAS BAD ;)
  8. Is there such a big difference between all of the versions of DHS Hurricane 3?

Niceeee!! yw, enjoy the fun man! :))
  9. Is there such a big difference between all of the versions of DHS Hurricane 3?

If it has 4 cut corners (8 sides) then is commercial, 6 sides is provincial (2 cut corners) :)
  10. [Equipment Guide] Best First Intermediate Table Tennis Rubbers in 2026: A Comprehensive List & Analysis

  12. Nittaku Hurricane 8-80 Power Review: Not What I Expected

Thanks @Denso ! Yeah I would not go that way here :) What you are saying makes me think of a european tensor like bluegrip or nuzn, but if you want tacky, then something like jupiter asia 3 ( or, wildcard, loki arthur china boosted), they may surprise you as they are budget rubbers but perform...
  13. TenCorp® Booster

Haha yead indeed, you can also email them and ask, Lubos is the guy who will answer and he is super friendly, let me know what you hear from him, otherwise I can email him myself np!
  14. TenCorp® Booster

I have not but I buy a lot from them, Lubos is a great guy, can only recommend this store for chinese gear :)
  15. Some popular equals to Hurricane rubber.

Id say Jupiter asia 3 is better for a 8-80 replacement, I like it more on the BH. BD 5 is the proper alternative from Yinhe :) And I would add Loki Arthur China (boosted though), Xiom Vega China, and Bluegrip C2 here :) Not perfect alternatives, all different but good. There are more though!
  16. did i buy a good Hurricane long 5?

To remove the raised wood grains after the wood absorbed the liquid, otherwise you will tear them off next time when you peel the rubber, and the surface is not smooth, plus sometimes glue doesnt attach so good :) So a couple things really! I only recently started sealing after breaking a...
  17. did i buy a good Hurricane long 5?

I use this since recently and works great! Seal (remove excedent with dhs glue sponge), sand, and seal again (second layer optional): https://dhs-tt.uk/product/ap01-blade-protector/
  18. Nittaku Hurricane 8-80 Power Review: Not What I Expected

Interesting! Funny how always in TT there are so many nuances and different preferences haha it can perfectly be that for your blade and style the power fits better! :) I ll check for the ripple sponge, i have them both without glueing in a cupboard
  19. did i buy a good Hurricane long 5?

No you seal it and then is good for quite a while :D DHS blades break really easy, so from personal experience breaking them in the past, always seal. It's also much easier to remove the glue later on the rubber before boosting again so its a win win!
  20. Finally tested Spinsight - What helped you to increase spin in your game?

Purely spin or also power? Because spin only nowadays is not as relevant anymore :) For pure spin, brushing heavily with a very sticky rubber while relax-explode using the body first then the fingers is probably the best way. For true power you need to hit into the sponge, no other way, it may...
