No sorry. I don't. To me the Bloom and Battle series differs quite a bit though. Sure are the Bloom Power quite close to some Battle rubbers, but Battle/II are rubbers of more potential and performance and so says the pricing as well I guess.

It depends on how you hit the ball. Big Dipper is bouncier and has a softer feeling. Generally, flatter hits are faster with BD, but when you close the angle and hits harder there are more possibilities for H3 to be faster...

Yinhe Big Dipper is a really nice Chinese "near hybrid" rubber. Or if you look at not so tacky rubbers. Sanwei Gear Hyper.

You should check out Sanwei V5 PRO. I really like this with harder Chinese rubbers. It's quite close to my Yinhe V14 PRO, but I like the stiffer feeling of the V14 PRO more. The V5 PRO is really fast and got a softer feeling than the V14 PRO.
