  1. Rubber progression for competing 9yo

Check out Pimplepark Epos. It's max in 1.9mm, and it's really controllable allround rubber with really good grip and a mild catapult, so the ball will not bounce too much.
  2. Feedback and suggestions on my TT bats

Hi. I use Chinese rubbers and blades in multiple variants, so perhaps I can give you some information here. I'm 53 and use these rubbers, and they just need some more work than normal Euro/Jap rubbers. Now I've used the Yinhe Y13 blade. It's quite stiff and fast and didn't give me a good...
  3. A sticky rubber is a bad choice ....

Well. Regarding amateurs and tacky rubbers. I never needed any coaching regarding using these rubbers. It just has to do with how you play and where you are heading with your play style. It's not especially hard to play harder tacky rubbers, it's just a slightly different technique required to...
  4. A sticky rubber is a bad choice ....

Are we talking rubbers now? ;)
  5. Need Blade Recommendations

Take look at a couple of Sanwei blades. These are really nice wooden blades. Sanwei - Fextra One, Sanwei - V5 PRO. Fextra One is a bit slower than the V5 PRO. Great quality and a price around €50.
  6. What is the problem with Stiga rubber supply?

I have one of each in my shop, and I see that it's available in Germany as well. Stiga Sports have it as well, so it's not totally out of stock.
  7. What is the problem with Stiga rubber supply?

All manufacturers still have problems in some way with their production. It's impossible to get all things that you need, so everyone just have to wait a bit longer or change their things to another brand/model :)
  8. Need Rubber advice!

Is it the 729 Super FX rubbers you have? These are quite slow, but your blade is quite fast. I've played a lot with V14 PRO and I like it with harder sponged rubbers like Hurricane 3 and Big Dipper. There are tons of rubbers a bit more speedy and spinnier than Super FX. Some examples are...
  9. Need a wood upgrade

Well. This one is fast with a softer feel. I think that a blade like this perhaps will go better with softer rubbers like you use, than a stiffer ALC blade.
  10. Need a wood upgrade

Sanwei V5 PRO is a really nice and fast all wooden blade of good quality. https://revspin.net/blade/sanwei-v5-pro.html
  11. Easy-To-Use Tensor Rubbers

Pimplepark Epos is one of the easiest tensors to use. Perfect for someone that have played a couple of years or so. And it's light weight.
  12. No Name Boosters?

Go for the Haifu Sea Moon Booster or TT Revolution X-treme booster. These are really nice and works just fine.
  13. Blades for restarting/relearning Table Tennis

What rubbers did you use before, and did your short game work better back then?
  14. FH rubbers suggestions

Ah. Please stay in the enormous topspin area :) I play with H3 41deg boosted and a Yinhe V14 PRO blade. It works super. I'm older than you, so you can still surely play like this? You could try out a couple of other rubbers with similar tackiness and feel. LOKI Arthur China plays like a boosted...
  15. Backhand rubber for beginner, nittaku acoustic.

I think that your setup is quite nice and allround. I think that you need to practice a lot before changing these rubbers. They might be a notch too fast and bouncy for a first bat but with the 2.0mm sponge, still ok. Practice the technique and footwork and give that a year before starting to...
  16. Rubber suggestion please.

Gear Hyper is a bit faster than Presto Max Spin to me. A little bit heavier too. The top sheet looks and feels like really good quality and is semi tacky from the start, but it wears off pretty fast. It's an allround rubber with both defensive and offensive qualities. Quite good in all aspects.
  17. Rubber suggestion please.

As you say that your forehand technique is poor, I wouldn't go with any Hurricane like rubber. Perhaps something more controllable, and not as spin sensitive instead. Check out something like 729 Presto Max Spin, Sanwei Gear Hyper, 729 Focus III Snipe or Palio AK47. Presto Max Spin and Gear...

  19. 2022 729 Battle III

No it's not just available yet. I didn't get a date, so I don't know when it will be ready for order.
  20. DHS soft rubber or sponge?

Well. It gets more lively, and it's quite individual what fits, so try without booster first and boost a bit after a couple of training sessions to see if it fits you better. :)
