I feel like Big Dipper II is more like H3 in the characteristics. Big Dipper is more hybrid-like with a softer, bouncier feeling.

For backhand I use to boost it a couple of layers of TTRevolution X-treme booster or Haifu, but I need a bit more bounce there because of my bad technique :)

Check out Yinhe Big Dipper 38deg. That one could be just what you need for your backhand.

Together with harder Chinese rubbers like DHS H3 and 729 Battle in 41 deg hardness, the Yinhe V14 Pro suits me really fine. I think that harder Chinese rubbers require harder, stiffer blades to perform in the right way with these kind of strokes.

Yep :) I'm mainly selling Asian stuff, all in very small volumes so far, so I can't buy from DHS directly for example. The ones I have most of now is 729, Dawei, LOKI, Pimplepark, Sanwei and TTRevolution. Yinhe is a pain to get in touch with. No answer there :) And perhaps I have too small...

I didn't play with it the latest, but it sounds like they are quite similar.

I get more effect out of my H3 41deg, using a stiffer blade like my Yinhe V14 PRO compared to a slower all wooden blade. Now I had similar but softer feeling with a Sanwei V5 Pro, which is all wood. But I always return to my V14 PRO...

Yep. Like said earlier. It's the moist and sweat from hands making the rubbers not grip the ball allright. It happens sometimes. I attended to a tournament where I at the afternoon couldn't loop at all with my H3 and had to lift the ball with flat hits. No grip at all because of the moist...

Go for a 5-ply wooden blade like Sanwei Accumulator S, Loki V5, Haitian Y1 or something similar and a couple of Pimplepark - Epos. Super rubber with a mild catapult and good grip. Max is 1.9mm and it makes it really controllable.

You should put together a bat yourself. It's quite easy and then you'll have something to build on. Many of these factory assembled bats are not that good, and the blades are no good at all. While improving and learning the technique again, you'll need more linear rubbers and perhaps an allround...

Tenergy will give you a high arc with many blades. Why don't you try something more linear instead of Butterfly rubbers? I mean that while finding out what's best for you, you'll waste a lot of money buying all Butterfly products. I play with a Yinhe V14 Pro blade...

What did you use before, and did that work better? For how long have you played?

Actually I feel that my H3 works much better with a harder carbon blade than with other softer carbon or wooden blades. Harder wooden blades is quite ok as well but gives a bit of vibration that I'd rather be without.
