I tried the Big Dipper 2 in 41deg. It was hard. Harder than my H3 41deg. I boosted it, and it softened up a bit. But it's quite hard and it's not quite as tacky as H3. Though it's really good looping with and due to the hardness it's really controllable in the shorter game as well. Now I tried...

Well. It's not that super fast, but I had problems using H3 41deg on forehand. Had to use Yinhe Big Dipper 38/39deg with a shorter trajectory, and softer feel to land the loops on the table. I guess your Max Wood is quite fast as well, so maybe this one is really right for you. It's all so...

I had it for a short while on my forehand. I'm used to harder DHS Hurricane 3-like rubbers, so it was a bit to mushy for me. The sponge is quite hard, but the top sheet is kind of softer and tacky, so when I'm thinking back it could work fine on my backhand.

I tried the LOKI Arthur China a short while with my robot tonight. It's quite tacky and you get the boosted H3 feeling with this one. Will play tomorrow in the club, so hopefully I'll have more info then.
