It does in the way that it forces you to adapt and have good technique in order to unlock its potential. It took me quite a while of struggle before i was able to at least be spinny and powerful enough to make my opponent very uncomfortable

Blue sponge will help you with your technique since it is less forgiving. My technique has improved massively with blue sponge

Boosted H8-20 could be an underrated option

Orange Sponge is softer than Blue sponge, which is why a lot of people use orange sponge H3 for BH and blue sponge H3 for FH
