  1. Marty Supreme: Gambling Degenerate will revive American Table Tennis

Very little money compared to the major sports in the US. I can go make thousands playing TT or millions (potentially 100s of millions) playing basketball, football or baseball. Shit, even combat sports pay way more
  2. Felix Lebrun Serves

I thought I saw him serve rpb recently?
  3. Does This Happen To Anyone Else?

Thanks for all the replies, fellas. I am still liking this combo. At least, I like the blade a lot, but I am pretty sure I messed up my h3 boosting. So, I just boosted another h3 without issues. I believe I was applying way too much booster and was getting these dents on the rubber.
  4. Chopping with short pips?

    Yuto Muramatsu uses SP, yes?
  5. Long pips rubber with rounded pips

I'd try it out if it weren't $40. Most long pips last around 4 hours before my fingers rip a hole in the sheet (penhold)
  6. Does This Happen To Anyone Else?

How long do you guys test your new piece of equipment before deciding if it fits your style?
  7. Does This Happen To Anyone Else?

Hi TTD, Every time I get a new rubber or blade to try, the first session is amazing; everything lands! I leave that session thinking I found the best equipment for my style. Then, on the second or third session, I perform pretty badly with it, or nowhere near the level of the first session with...
  8. TPB Penhold Short Pips or Inverted

The other aspect no one talks about, which is why I switched to only inverted, is that if you use LP, you must train with it. That cuts into time with the inverted side. If you use LP, your inverted game isn't a strong as it would be if it were just inverted.
  9. Tenergy 19 vs Dignics 80/64 For Backhand

I notice the ball kicks more when I play against a clubmate that uses tenergy 19 on both sides.
  10. What is your killing / signature shot ?

My serves and my tpb flick
  11. TPB Penhold Short Pips or Inverted

I play 1 sided jpen with inverted but have played with SP and LP. Inverted just gives you more versatility imo. Also, you can add weird strawberry flick type hits with tpb. Shakehanders rarely deal with that technique on an amateur level. Go inverted, but it all comes down to what you enjoy...
  12. What's the weight of your setup and what's the ideal weight of your setup?

I just made a light setup with a Victas Spin Ace Carbon weighing 63g, and with h3 on it's 111g
  13. Best all wood blade?

    Tibhar Stratus Powerwood
  14. Post your latest EJ purchase

    Finally got it!
  15. What makes more difference - rubbers or blades

Probably rubber. The ball would slip with a dead rubber. With a good rubber, you'd still be able to loop, even if the blade is dead.
  16. Just ask for any idea.

Learn to play against them. At my club, there are players around 2000 USATT that fall apart playing against pips. Then, there are people level 1300-1500 that know exactly what to do against pips. As a pip player myself, I love playing against anti or pips because I know what to do, and use...
  17. What glue do i get

Tear Mender. It's cheap, looks just like free chalk but the glue comes off the sponge so much easier if you reglue. The glue layer is off within seconds.
  18. Post your latest EJ purchase

I bought my first jpen blade, Xiom Prospeed. Liked jpen so much that I got a lighter setup coming, Victas Spin Ace Carbon
