  1. Dhs h8-80

I got mine from Prott.vip now yesterday, but got fond of the DHS Power G9 blade that I've been trying out with a couple of boosted Yinhe Big Dipper 3 39 (FH) deg & DHS H2N 40 deg (BH). So I ordered another one for my H8-80 38 deg. Don't wanna disturb my other blade now, because of a competition...
  2. Looking for a Table Tennis Blade

Yep. All good stuff. AliBattleship and BEO Store as well. :)
  3. I cannot win

Remember to bend your knees, so you're ready and half way to the next ball all the time. Play "safe". Don't attack on balls when you're out of position. Keep services and returns short, so it's harder for your opponent to attack. Focus on placement of the ball, instead of as hard hits as...
  4. Should I change to Chinese rubber on the forehand?

Go for the 39 deg version. That's what I started with, and the 37 & 38 felt a bit too slow, especially when changing from a bouncier rubber.
  5. Should I change to Chinese rubber on the forehand?

Ok. Something in between could be XIOM TAU II. It's a hybrid, but closer to the Chinese rubbers like DHS Hurricane 3 NEO than to ESN rubbers. Ok it's double the price compared to H3N, but it's a bit bouncier.
  6. Should I change to Chinese rubber on the forehand?

That kind of depends on if you're willing to do the demanded technique transition that a change requires. Have you tried any Chinese rubbers and found them suiting your play style better? What do you use now?
  7. mid tacky hard forehand rubber

Surely. I'm not an experienced Donic user, sorry. :D
  8. mid tacky hard forehand rubber

Don't know if Donic got any rubbers like that. Check out Yinhe Apollo V or Yinhe Moon Pro Hard. They are quite hard and fast and not super tacky.
  9. Rubber catapult ranking

Now several of these rubbers are a bit inconsistent in weight. It's mostly the DHS H3 series that I've used over the years that differ in weight, and I found out for example that a lighter H3N 41deg often is more lively than a heavier one. I guess it's the same in many other Chinese rubbers...
  10. Best rubber for $30-$35 ?

Just looking for the right blade for me, and I bought some for my son as well. This is for a period of five years then, and the blades mostly cost $15-$35 per piece, so sure it's some money, but I've sold some again, blades that didn't fit in with our rubbers or play style. :) I use to have 2-4...
  11. Best rubber for $30-$35 ?

XIOM TAU II is really great if you want a bouncier Hurricane. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000960363446.html
  12. Best rubber for $30-$35 ?

I've bought rubbers and blades from various Aliexpress shops for the last five years, and since then only got a copy of 729 Focus III Snipe that I thought was suspiciously ungrippy. This might be from around 5-6 shops and about 20 blades and 100 rubbers, so it's quite safe, if you don't order a...
  13. Best rubber for $30-$35 ?

Yep. Chinese rubbers are cheaper there, but the rest are often more expensive...
  14. Best rubber for $30-$35 ?

Dandoy is Belgium, right? They use UPS or DHL for express, and EMS for budget. Good price for G-1 here Kuba :) https://www.dandoy-sports.com/nittaku-fastarc-g-1.html
  15. I need help with buying my first racket

Check out this allround blade from Yinhe. Good quality to a low price. https://revspin.net/blade/galaxy-896.html The PG7 is faster, but the 896 will give you more control and still fit a looping game. .As you say that you can't really loop with your forehand, perhaps because of the poor...
  16. Best rubber for $30-$35 ?

Check out Andro Hexer Powergrip and Grip. Maybe they're a bit expensive, but these are rubbers that have more control and spin than the Rasanter line, but lacks a little of the speed of Rasanter then. I found them similar to TSP Ventus Spin, but these have a bit harder sponge, and the grip is...
  17. Looking for a Table Tennis Blade

Here I have bought a lot of rubbers and blades. All have been authentic, or very playable anyway :) https://www.aliexpress.com/store/1953652
  18. Fastest affordable Chinese rubbers?

Sorry. It was quite a while since I played the AK47, Red version at the time. I could guess that T3 is a notch faster, but AK47 is a more light weight, softer rubber that works good in a spin/loop oriented game engaging the sponge more than T3. T3 has a harder sponge and harder top sheet, which...
  19. Looking for a Table Tennis Blade

Regarding a tacky, more light weight rubber, I recall trying out Globe 999 in 2.0mm, and this was quite nice. A bit low throw, but really good spin and tacky. The sponge in 40 deg feels softer than 40 deg. The weight cut to a normal sized blad was 41g. Otherwise the DHS Skyline TG3 and DHS...
  20. Fastest affordable Chinese rubbers?

I think that N80 is more tacky than GTX. N80 is similar tacky to H3N. Speed of N80 is a bit slower than H3N. Gtx is a bouncier rubber. Hard to compare to H3N. They are fast in different ways. :)
