  1. Blade Replacement - Carbon or All Wood ?

I play with Chinese blades and rubbers, and a setup that works good for me is a faster blade with not that much vibration, like the Yinhe V14 PRO, DHS Power G9 or DHS Power G5X. There are so many "carbon" variants nowadays, and these ones (V14 PRO/Power G5X) got quite good feel. DHS Power G9 is...
  2. Sanwei m8 junior…?

Yep. I know, but Sanwei doesn't produce them any more.
  3. Sanwei m8 junior…?

Hi. The M8 is discontinued. They have this one instead now. The handle is thinner to fit young players better. :) https://sanweisport.com/english/product/blade/training-blades/accumulator-s/
  4. best yinhe blade

The Yinhe MC-4 is a nice carbon blade which isn't so fast. Perhaps OFF- somewhere.
  5. Gluing rubbers when glue is still wet?

Well. It was like normal rubber removal. The glue was dried and fine :)
  6. Gluing rubbers when glue is still wet?

After all, the wood can not be damaged as there will already be a dry layer of glue there to protect itSmart :)
  7. Gluing rubbers when glue is still wet?

I'm not so familiar with glueing OX pips rubbers, and the few times i tried I just didn't manage to get it perfect. Now I thought that I'd try to glue it when the glue still is wet, and it worked fine. I used the Revolution No3 Normal viscosity (thinnest version) on the blade and as quick as...

  9. Anyone tried the Haitian blades?

Yeah. They look good :) But this must be something totally new? Ok. Anyone else got a clue?
  10. Anyone tried the Haitian blades?

I wonder if anyone have tried out these Haitian blades, and if they're any good? https://slka.aliexpress.com/store/group/HAITIAN-Blade/5258026_10000001497409.html
  11. D09c vs H3Neo vs Rakza Z

What I felt when playing with Nittaku Zieger PK50, which I guess is a bit similar to Rakza Z and Dignics 09C, is that compared to H3 the top sheet is softer and doesn't give you the "direct" kick that rubbers like DHS H3N, 729 Battle II and Yinhe Big Dipper does. It got good spin, but it kind of...
  12. Best rubbers to block (Waldner Legend Carbon Blade)

LOKI T3 is very nice for fast, flatter blocking game.
  13. Some advice please

If you are a flat hitter, blocking style of game, then check out LOKI T3. It's quite fast, not that spinny, and could work for you.
  14. Anybody tried Yinhe Mercury 3?

No I haven't tried it out, but been looking at it for a time. As always with Aliexpress, you never really know exactly what you are buying until you get it :) I've found these, but don't know if they're the same. The sponge has different markings and perhaps it's a totally different sponge...
  15. Palio Hadou 40+ or HK1997 Gold?

What degrees of hardness do you have on these rubbers?
  16. Just tried a H3Neo, so disappointed

Yep. It's a bit of a lottery. But there is some consistency anyway. A H41 is usually harder than a H40, but of course a H41 could be better or not that good as the one before. I don't know what the regulations are here in Europe, but a "Hard" version shouldn't be softer than a H39 and all mushy...
  17. Palio Hadou 40+ or HK1997 Gold?

Both boosted with Haifu Seamoon Booster...
  18. Palio Hadou 40+ or HK1997 Gold?

Now I have used the Big Dipper 39 deg on my forehand the latest, and tried out the H8-80 38 deg on backhand. This is a really nice combination for me. Well, I feel that Big Dipper is a notch behind H3N in speed and spin, but really sufficent for my forehand and a bit more controllable. So Big...
  19. Palio Hadou 40+ or HK1997 Gold?

The Hadou is a bit slower and doesn't give you as much spin as the HK1997 Gold gives. The HK1997 is much more tacky than the Hadou. The HK1997 isn't fast at all but I recall the Hadou to be even slower.
  20. Just tried a H3Neo, so disappointed

it's really a difference between rubbers and rubbers as well. When I started to play again about five years ago, I started with Chinese rubbers only. Right now I'm past fifty and perhaps I move the most among all of the players in the club where I'm playing. And I'm not a physical phenomena :)...
