I was using acuda S2 on both sides of my korbel before I stopped playing like 2 years ago. I recently wanted to start again and decided to buy some cheap decent rubbers to get me on track. I bought Palio AK47 yellows and put them on both sides but after 3 months of training with them I find them too bouncy. They are not super fast but the throw angle on my forehand is so high that I cant close my bat any further. I let some coaches and high tier players try it on without saying any of its characteristics after the first touch they immediately looked at what the rubber is.Most of their balls went over the table too.
I am kinda ok with it on my backhand but on forehand either my balls go really high up or they are really close to the end of the table .
I am an offensive player who plays close to mid distance away from table. I occasionally play block too. Any recommendations on what could be a better setup for me ?
