I’ve been playing with the NUZN 45° on my forehand for a few weeks now and was very pleasantly surprised. It’s much harder than the SFX grip because that one is very soft. Since we’ve been playing with the Hexer for a long time now (for years), and for me it’s the control rubber for my backhand. Blocking, pushing and the occasional topspin shot feel familiar. However, we’re now testing the HY-Qs during the summer season. You can find my description above, as we’ve also changed the blade and are very happy with the Novacell.Hello, could you perhaps compare NUZN45 and Hexer Grip SFX a little more detailed? Thanks![]()
My training partners say my total new combo is much better and harder for them to play against.
I find the HY-Q in 1.9 less convincing than the Hexer Grip SFX in 1.9, particularly when it comes to attacking. We’ll carry on testing for a while. I might swap both HY-Qs back for the NUZN 45° and the Hexer Grip SFX on my Novacell, which will definitely remain my go-to blade.
