One of our next guests on the TableTennisDaily Podcast is former professional player and now world renowned coach Richard Prause! Richard Prause won the English Open with the German National Team in 1992. In 1999 Richard became a coach working for the German Table Tennis Association. In 2004 Richard became the head coach of the German National Team where he coached the likes of Timo Boll, Christian Suss, Dimitrij Ovtcharov and many more German Superstars to victory. In 2010 Prause joined the Werner Schlager Academy as the head coach. In August 2015 Prause returned to the German Table Tennis Association as the Sports Director.

Richard commented the match between Paul Drinkhall and Wong Chun Ting on WTTC 2015. That was probably the best commentary in English I've ever heard: so many insights about tactics. Is there any chance that Richard will comment on some big TT events?

Coaching amateur adults vs coaching high level children/adults - do you have expereince with both and are there any major differences to consider?

I heard the Werner Schlager Academy is filing for bankruptcy--is that true? Hope not... but if that's the case, what is the future of WSA?

Why did the German team lose in the finals of the European championships last year? "On the paper" they looked very strong even without Boll.
