Dunno if this was posted, but this morning I looked up new Bundesliga lineups for 2024-2025, and noticed that Louis Price was drafted for ASC Grünwettersbach. The new Bundesliga season was already star-packed, but seeing the Beast playing alongside Tiago Apolonia and Ricardo Walther is gonna be incredible.

Moreover, I don't see Wang Xi in the lineup, which means Louis can surely win competition against other young players.

And sorry to TTD jersey, but the Beast in the ASC Grünwettersbach jersey looks solid :)

Price already played for Grünwetterbachs 2nd team last season (Regionalliga Südwest (Southwest Region) => essentially Germanys 4th highest league). They actually won the league last season and the team was subsequently promoted to 3rd Bundesliga.
Price as well as Falconnier and Turrini were apparently promoted to the first team, with Turrini and Falconnier still appear to play for the 2nd team as well. A bit strange ...perhaps it's budget related to some degree.
That being said, to play Regionalliga in one season and Bundesliga the very next season is a fairly big jump for these players, at least on paper, although they very probably have already had practiced with the first team players and will enjoy every bit of it.
I would expect Turrini and Falconnier to play 3rd Bundesliga most of the time. This Bundesliga line-up will still most likely have a tough time to not get relegated (they were 8th out of 11 last season).

True that, but the good thing for Beast is that Turrini lost all the matches in the previous BundesLiga season. Falconnier also lost his match and played pretty bad vs. Steger, while Wang Xi is out of the roster. Deni Kozul is the main obstacle tho.

Imagine if Beast could debut against Borussia Dusseldorf. Would be epic regardless of who Borussia puts on the lineup.

Is there a place to view the teams/players for the 2nd and 3rd bundesliga and 1st austrian bundesliga?
There is a self-proclaimed full-time Youtuber who covers 2nd and 3rd Bundesliga as well as some Regionalliga and Oberliga stuff. TTBL is exclusively streamed on Dyn since last season, I believe (it'll cost you, of course ( ), but you can also see other sport streams too, if you want to). Dyn has a Youtube channel as well (https://www.youtube.com/@dyntischtennis/streams) and will stream a TTBL match for free every few weeks or so...

Anyway, this is the channel of the aforementioned german Youtuber:

It's semi-professional quality (overall) at best, I'd say, but it's better than nothing. He covers league games as well as tournaments. Sometimes he is able/allowed (?) to set up two cameras. Also, it seems that he has some "cooperation" partners from other parts in Germany, who would either send him something or even upload streams on his channel, if I'm not mistaken. Feel free to browse through his channel...

P.S.: He also has a twitch channel, but I don't really know what is going on over there.

There are places...
https://www.tischtennis.de/topsport/ligen-pokal/national.html then go to TTBL, 2., 3. Nord or 3. Süd then to Mannschaftsmeldungen (team roster) and then VR (Vorrunde, first half of the season) or RR (Rückrunde, second half of the season)

1. Bundesliga https://www.tischtennis.de/ligen/ttbl.html
2. Bundesliga https://www.tischtennis.de/topsport/ligen-pokal/national/2-herren-bundesliga.html
3. Bundesliga Nord https://www.tischtennis.de/ligen/3blhnord.html
3. Bundesliga Süd https://www.tischtennis.de/3blhsued.html

For these leagues there's also a list which table, nets and balls they are using ("verwendete Materialien")

For Austria? https://www.ttbundesliga.at/ but I don't know where they are hiding the lists of players.

Vorrundenlinks:
1. Bundesliga: https://www.tischtennis.de/ligen/tt...ype]=1&cHash=7e8bd04d83d3bc9cc3a867aac1e20d98
2. Bundesliga: https://www.tischtennis.de/topsport...ype]=1&cHash=9e68e3b2f2e2478dcc19794af73bc72e
3. Bundesliga Nord: https://www.tischtennis.de/3blhnord...ype]=1&cHash=6cec720545a4354cd306199cf597206e
3. Bundesliga Süd: https://www.tischtennis.de/3blhsued...ype]=1&cHash=4bd354658dc2b236f39343761429718d

Thank you @Jimbob MacInbred
Thank you @ttarc

This really helps. thank you!!

I've place a player in the Austrian 1st Bundesliga for the 2024/2025 season. Just busy with paperwork (clearance etc, which is approved in principle and should be finalized early next week).
Looking to hopefully place into the German Budesliga too, possible 2nd or 3rd for the second half of the season, so I really need to follow and study them more now.

I think https://www.mytischtennis.de/clicktt/DTTB/24-25/ligen/DTTB-24-25/ is better. You can see player rankings and their history unless I'm missing something (bit hard if you don't know German). Most of the women clubs in the first Bundesliga stream on YouTube or Facebook for free. The Austrian Bundesliga is on YouTube too.

If I may ask: Are we talking about players from South Africa or Taiwan that you send to Germany/Austria?

Definitely easier if one has an account but without an account you don't see TTR history/match history, statistics and so on.

Edit: @Tony's Table Tennis if your player wants to play tournaments in Germany she/he needs to have a mytischtennis.de account and get a tournament license (don't ask why... DTTB needs more money)

Found the website where I read that:
https://www.tischtennis.de/turnierlizenz/faq-spieler-innen.html "Wie können ausländische Spieler eine Turnierlizenz beantragen?"

Foreign players also need a tournament license ("Turnierlizenz") to participate in almost all tournaments in Germany from 01.07.2024.
The prerequisite for applying for a tournament license is that the player must be registered in the click-TT database and have their own myTischtennis account.

To create the player in click-TT, a message with the following information must be sent to [email protected]:

Full name
Date of birth

sex

Nationality

Country in which the player is active

Please note that players can only be entered in click-TT during DTTB business hours Monday-Friday from 09:00-16:00. Short-term registrations on weekends and public holidays are generally not possible.

Thank you, I will keep that in mind.
I do believe the local clubs would assist with this, which sounds like it is part of registering the player for the league.

Hey guys, so i started a table tennis channel and am looking for feedback, but cant find it anywhere so i think this is the best place. As a table tennis enthusiast, how do you find the channel, and what can i improve? And i would also appreciate you subscribing😉
Here is the link : https://youtube.com/@technicaltabletennis?si=bciHWKcmDLHlTfS3
okay, what you are doing is now spamming few threads with the same message.
you already started your own thread talking about your channel, there is no need to "copy and paste" the same into other people's thread.

Spamming is not a wise move if you want to get people to support your channel.
I suggest you can delete the spams before the mods do it, there is a delete button, you are welcome to go delete all the spams and just focus on your thread.

OK. Then perhaps they will run into Price, too, while they are in Europe...
if the player does well, a chance he will play Champions League which I was told in December.
Do you have the period for Champions League?
I don't have much info when comes to European leagues, just have some info here, some info there 🙈

Hmm, according to the ETTU (European Table Tennis Union), Champions League Group Stage 1 starts in November (15-17) and will continue in December with the 1/8 finals...
Maybe you find this helpful (other than that info I cannot help much, sorry..):

Alright, i deleted it. I didn’t really think much of it at the time and was just trying to get some feedback, sorry if it annoyed you.
no it didn't, but it probably would alienate few other members and would just have gotten you banned and the post would have been removed

Happy to say, we were waiting for Austrian Bundesliga president to sign off the final document and that was completed today.
Both national federation has cleared and the player will be flying off in 10 days time.

2014 I helped a South African to play in the French regional league
2024, a Taiwanese to the Austrian 1st Bundesliga.
If all goes well, hopefully he can play in the Euro Champions League (and face Beast). Now that will be the cherry on top of the cake!
