I am very suspicious about the real capacity of these instruments to measure calories burned during athletic activities. When I see the supposed results I get the impression that they are hyperbolic.
It's hilarious to read that counting kcal is not important to obtain athletic or health results, as it is basic knowledge and consolidated by science, just talk to professional nutritionists/sports doctors to understand better.
Results os lean mass growth, fat reduction, strength, power, resistance and flexibility are always conditioned by 3 pillars: training, nutrition and recovery/rest. Human biology and the science of sports training.
