Has anyone tried Butterfly Viscaria Golden.Is it any different from Viscaria Normal Version?

Yes, ofcourse
It is stiffer, crispier and powerful
Handle is also comfortable than the commercial one (more round)

No. They use custom made Viscaria with silver tag, not golden.

Just making sure you know that both of those are the same thing. When Koto is quartersawn the pattern the grain makes gets called "fish scale" by TT people.

No Vik, but it was a worthy question deserving of a reply from Ba'al.

Rule 20 OBLIGATES you to buy another blade. The correct number of blades to own is n + 1 where n is the number you own now. This is true regardless of your rating. However you are not allowed to believe that doing so will actually improve your rating ( Rule 27). Therefore it cannot actually impact your rating.

In other words Rule 20 is not about rating, it pertains to a proper OBSESSION. Related to this Ba'al strongly advises keeping your TT expenditures secret.

The next Rule Supplement will strongly recommend not ever believing that "Special Edition" blades are better than the original issued versions. Nevertheless if the Golden Viscaria helps players OBEY Rule 20, perhaps its existence is justified. At least if you are Butterfly!
