Hi,

Is 89 grams good weight for butterfly viscaria? I am looking to buy the new version with the hologram lens and to be exact it is the S series version. Please let me know if anybody has tried that version. How is the quality of the wood? Please let me know.

Um. I have one with the holo lens, but how can I tell if it's the S series?

The blade number starts with a letter. Mine starts with S. So mine is the S series.

Mine is 86 grams which I'm told is about the lightest it gets and I'm very satisfied with it.

I don't see a blade number on the blade. Perhaps it's under the rubbers?

Personal preference of course. Anything around 90 grams works for me. Recently got a new Viscaria, same high quality as my old Viscarias.
