can this varnish be used for sealing blade?

I bought a new blade (Yinhe Pro 01) and need to seal it, but the water-based polyurethane available in my country comes in large quantities that are too expensive for just one blade. Similarly, Joola blade sealant is also expensive and not worth it for me. I found a water-based decor varnish on Amazon with good ratings, but they didn't specify the type of varnish. Can I use this to seal my new blade?

Any varnish will do, just a thin layer and with light sanding when dry to make the glue attach better and you are ready to go…

If you are afraid that the varnish will be too thick and affect the feeling too much, then apply evenly as thin as possible and wait for 15 - 30 seconds, then wipe it off with old used T-shirt or any other fabrics.

if any other, then get an old blade to test it out.
the trick is, thin/light coat. it is so easy to get a thick layer on and that is a big problem
