It will take place on 24 Feb to 27 Feb 2014.

Are you sure about only 7 players to play in the second stage? Where did you hear it? The last official words from Sohu about the second stage were the following:

"The second stage of "Road to Tokyo" Trials will be held from February 24 - 27 in Zhenjiang. The players ranked #2 - #9 from the first stage, both men's and women's, will compete for the second ticket to the WTTTC."

This means 8 players will be playing in the second stage.
