Well we have 4 players already qualified but you can really say that Wang Hao is the fifth no matter what happens. So there are 2 more places. I think Fan Zhendong is not gonna be one of them, he's just 16(?) years old... Then there are 3 candidates for those 2 places: Ma Lin, Hao Shuai, Chen Qi. Chen is playing horribly so I would say Ma Lin and Hao Shuai will complete the Chinese squad.

The rule didn't say that the other two players must be chosen from this 3rd stage, so why not a chance for Wang Liqin, he has played amazing in Chinese super league and this trials as well.. I would go for Wang Liqin and Zhou Yu or Fang Bo, these youngsters were playing awesome in China Super League and Austria Open just the end of last year

If Yan An can keep this level i think he might as well return to china with a medal on his head but i won't even guess with which one. His strokes are very powerfull yet more compact than Ma Longs but in terms of tactics one can see that he is still very young.

I'd choose Wang Liqin (if possible) and Ma Lin. He really needs to complete that Grand Slam. Chen and Hao aren't really at their prime now.

I like the option of Wang Liqin, he still has a lot to offer though for Fan Zhendong it would be a great experience to compete in such championship. Lately, Im impressed by Yan An, you can feel the certainty in his strokes really great.
