RATIONALE.
The part of actual provision 2.6.4 regarding "hidden ball" ought to be deleted as an unfeasible requirement. In actual playgame most cases of the hidden balls would happen beyond umpire's field of vision and thus hidden services can't be recognized by umpire for a certainty.
It is hoped the newly proposed provision of the server's head posture should resolve the sore issue of hidden services once and for all.
Hidden services is a foul trick and the such must be eradicated from the sport, anyway.
