I can confirm that the Telson 100 lives up to the hype. Quite Fast and spinny, like modern rubbers twice the price. I like it better than Mantro Pro, it's grippier and spinnier. It's the first Chinese rubber I've tried that matches the performance of top-of-the-line expensive rubbers from ESN. Others, like 729 Presto, can only match the performance of older, cheaper ESN rubbers. I hope it lasts. It didn't come in an air-tight sealer packet and it didn't smell when I opened the packet. So hopefully it's the rubber formula and not booster that is responsible.

haha. everybody seems to like Telson 100 except me.

I honestly think AK47 and Moon 12 are much better.

Funny because I tested Mantra Pro on the same blade yesterday, and I'm choosing it over the T100. But only because of it's bouciness on flat strokes. T100 is a very very good rubber, I hope that boosting will make it like I want.

I love that its so personal haha, what i try to do is compare product quality. At least from my 3 samples Its quite obvious that Telson 100 uses great materials, consistent characteristics comparable with much more expensive rubbers suchs as Tenergy, Bluestorm etc. Its grippy and fast.

If it works for every player or blade its Another story, but that can probably be said of 99% of the rubbers on the market.
If find at a proper Price, value & Performance its hard to beat.

If i had a more slow spinny BH opener, or was playing with a tacky rubber or higher throw rubber my personal opinion on match play would probably be different.
But a lot of players i know that play with T05 hate T64 & we know its high quality rubber.

Sidenote: They have to stepup their quality(game) anyhow. I dunno if you guys see it, but they are currently advertising the shit out of the China National Championship xD
I wonder if any of the pros are actually playing with their rubbers/blade. Havent seen anyone for now.

For sure they sponsor players, but its true that zhou yu and others were using what it looked like a w968 with Blue sponge H3 and D09c when playing a tournament.
I also saw a couple videos were some players were glueing boosted R9 (quite domed) and red arthur china, this was before Telson 100 and R7 came out.

She's using Telson Speed

Quality of the Telson 100 seems to be good. Haven't used it that much since July https://www.tabletennisdaily.com/forum/topics/post-your-latest-ej-purchase.30602/page-52#post-467494 maybe 15 something hours. No signs of wear except for some edges, shrunk just a tiny bit. Still don't like the low trajectory but this helps me to fall back less/step more forward and into the balls regardless the incoming speed and spin. Also helped me to play my BH flicks more aggressively and more often.

What happened?
This was actually my friend's rubber, but he said the sponge just ripped as he was taking the rubber off the blade.

I think Loki has to work on their sponges and also their pip bonding.

I can actually relate.
I had the same incident several times by switching after around 2 months of use.

And i remind of the issue that every LAC lost its bond with the sponge where i hit it with edgeballs in addition to the occasionally bubble after some months (at least on fh).

Just a word of warning to those buying Loki Rxton 9.

I've been trying to use the Rxton 9 for the past few weeks but have been disappointed in the performance. The sponge felt rather dead and it was difficult to get any spin out of it.

I replaced it with a Jupiter 3 39d sheet. When I removed the Rxton 9 sheet and weighed it, it came in at only 45 grams. That is WAY too light for a supposed max 40.5d FH rubber.

So I only can conclude that I got a substandard sheet of Rxton 9.

A warning to those who have bought a sheet of Rxton 9: Weigh it first. If you get an uncut sheet that only weighs only 65 grams like mine did, seriously consider returning it.
